Okay, this is truly sinful…the Rosewater Cake from Snack Bar. I’ve found the cousin to the Red Velvet cake. It’s more subtle in taste with just a hint of rose, just a hint. And the pistachio flakes, lightly sprinkled on top and between layers, give it just the right texture and lend another subtle note. This could be the next Red Velvet craze, or should I say Rosewater craze. I wonder if Snack Bar will deliver to Santa Monica?
