About Maria Losch

It’s taken me over a year to decide on what my blog will say to readers. Being in the communications field, I’ve helped my clients develop their own blogs which came easily. But creating one for myself was challenging. I want my blog to reflect who I am overall as a woman in life. I want to share my experience, strength and hope. I want my words to resonate to other women – bringing faith, fun, insight, dreams, smiles, and inspiration.

My Story

I’ve had an entrepreneurial spirit ever since I can remember. I opened a vintage clothing store in Hermosa Beach in the early 90′s, I developed a tween girls clothing line called SweetPea & Co. Clothing, started a company called GoofBalls “Antenna Balls with Attitude” (sold the business), and in between all of that, focused on building a career in PR. I was employed by various agencies like Murphy O’Brien, Universal Communications, DeLyon-Hunt & Associates and JMPR. After exploring the agency life, I decided to venture on my own and start Losch PR, specializing in the consumer market of hospitality, travel/tourism, wellness, beauty, fitness, fashion and charities.

In 2010, I started Lo|Ro Media. We bring your brand to life with unexpected and unique guerrilla marketing campaigns to thought provoking viral videos. We use what we know best – humor, inspiration, shock, empathy and compelling ideas to create memorable content for your brand that people want to share and talk about.

I was the board vice president of Friendly House and past event chair for Fashion For Life. I support animal rescues & children’s charities. I’m also one of the founding board members of LA Fashion Collective.
